The room was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. However, the hotel is outdated with some cleanliness issues and noise disturbances. Despite these, the proximity to the airport was a major plus.

The location of this hotel is the main reason I chose to stay here. It's very close to the airport, making it convenient for early morning flights. the free shuttle service to the airport was great and saved us both time and money. the staff had a pleasant nature and were very helpful in getting us to the city economically. the room size was good, and the beds were really comfortable.

The hotel could improve on the maintenance of room amenities. Our room had issues with the door being hard to open, faulty wall outlets, and non-functioning lamps and telephone.

The restaurant was good for dinner, it had delicious dishes.

During our recent business stay at a hotel near Newark Airport, we found the front desk personnel to be very professional and accommodating. Although we had some issues with noise from a nearby club and a broken TV, overall, the convenient airport access and pleasant staff made our short transit stay enjoyable.

it was super convenient to hop on the shuttle to EWR and get to NYC. the bed was cozy, and the staff were nice – they let me leave my bag before check-in. the hotel was very quiet too, and no cancellation fee when my plans changed.
